1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Customers who possess an eligible ticket (as defined below) to the V-Beyond Concert 2026 may present such ticket in person at Astra Bean 2 – Huntington Beach during the Redemption Period to receive one (1) promotional electronic gift card issued by Astra Bean (the “e-Gift Card”), subject to these Official Terms and Conditions.

The value of the e-Gift Card will equal fifty percent (50%) of the published Face Value/List Price of the applicable V-Beyond Concert 2026 ticket tier, as officially announced by the Concert organizer.

2. REDEMPTION PERIOD

The Program redemption period begins at 06:00 PM PT on August 22, 2026 and ends at 10:00 PM PT on September 1, 2026, during applicable store operating hours (the “Redemption Period”), unless the announced allocation of e-Gift Cards is exhausted earlier.

Redemptions submitted before or after the Redemption Period will not be accepted.

3. REDEMPTION LOCATION

Redemption must be completed in person at:

Astra Bean 2 – Huntington Beach
16065 Goldenwest St, Huntington Beach, CA 92647

Redemption is available in person only, and shall not be accepted by telephone, email, delivery, mail, online submission, or any other remote method.

4. ELIGIBLE TICKETS

To qualify for the Program, a V-Beyond Concert 2026 ticket must satisfy all of the following requirements:

– The ticket must have been issued through Ticketmaster – V-Beyond Concert’s official ticketing channel.
– The ticket must contain a valid and verifiable barcode or QR code.
– The customer must be able to provide evidence demonstrating that consideration greater than $0 was paid for the ticket, including, without limitation, an invoice, receipt, order confirmation, payment confirmation, or other reasonably acceptable proof of purchase.
– The ticket must not previously have been redeemed under this Program.
– At the time of verification, the ticket must not have been cancelled, refunded, charged back, voided, invalidated, or otherwise rendered unusable.

The following tickets are not eligible:

– Complimentary tickets.
– Sponsor or promotional tickets provided without payment.
– Employee tickets.
– Press or media tickets.
– Giveaway tickets.
– Any ticket for which no monetary consideration was paid.
– Counterfeit, altered, manipulated, duplicated, or otherwise fraudulent tickets.
– Tickets that Astra Bean is unable to verify.
– Tickets acquired through unauthorized or unofficial resale channels, unless Astra Bean is reasonably able to verify both valid ownership and eligibility of the ticket.
– Any other ticket that does not satisfy these Official Terms and Conditions.

Service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, taxes, facility fees, and any other amounts charged in addition to the published base ticket price are not included in determining the value of the e-Gift Card.

5. REDEMPTION PROCEDURE

Each eligible V-Beyond Concert 2026 ticket may be redeemed one (1) time only and may qualify for one (1) e-Gift Card.

To redeem an eligible ticket, the customer must complete the following requirements:

Step a – Present a Valid Ticket

The customer must present either:

– A valid electronic ticket displayed within the customer’s official ticketing account or authorized ticketing application; or
– A valid physical or printed ticket, if applicable and capable of verification.

Step b – Permit Ticket Verification

The customer must permit Astra Bean personnel to inspect and verify information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility, including, without limitation:

– Barcode or QR code
– Ticket number
– Ticket tier or seating category
– Order information
– Official ticketing information
– Proof of purchase
– Applicable published Face Value/List Price

The customer must provide any information, documentation, or evidence reasonably requested by Astra Bean to complete the verification process, including, without limitation:

– Invoice
– Receipt
– Order confirmation
– Payment confirmation
– Other valid proof of purchase

The e-Gift Card value will be determined only after Astra Bean has successfully verified the ticket, its applicable ticket tier, and the applicable published Face Value/List Price.

Step c – Provide a Valid Email Address

The customer must provide a valid and deliverable email address to enable Astra Bean to issue and deliver the e-Gift Card electronically through the Square platform.

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address.

Step d – Ownership and Fraud Verification

Astra Bean may require the customer to present valid photo identification or other reasonably acceptable evidence if Astra Bean determines that such verification is necessary to:

– Confirm ownership of the ticket.
– Confirm the identity of the person requesting redemption.
– Prevent duplicate redemption.
– Prevent fraud.
– Protect the integrity of the Program.

Screenshots, photographs, copies, reproductions, or other images of a ticket may be rejected if Astra Bean is unable to verify the validity, ticket information, barcode/QR code, or ownership of the ticket.

Astra Bean may record the ticket number, barcode/QR code identifier, and redemption status for verification, administration, fraud prevention, and prevention of duplicate redemption, subject to applicable law.

6. E-GIFT CARD VALUE

The value of the e-Gift Card will equal 50% of the published Face Value/List Price of the applicable V-Beyond Concert 2026 ticket tier, as officially announced by the Concert organizer.

Taxes, service fees, processing fees, delivery fees, facility fees, and other fees or charges are excluded from the calculation.

The resulting e-Gift Card value will be rounded to the nearest cent.

Example: If the published Face Value/List Price of an eligible ticket is $100.00, excluding taxes and fees, the applicable e-Gift Card value will be $50.00.

7. TERMS OF USE OF THE E-GIFT CARD

An e-Gift Card issued under this Program may be used toward the purchase of eligible food, beverages, and other eligible products at participating Astra Bean locations:

Astra Bean 3 – Artesia

The e-Gift Card may be:

– Applied toward partial payment of a transaction. If the total purchase amount exceeds the available e-Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
– Used in one or more transactions until its available balance has been fully depleted. If the amount of a transaction is less than the remaining e-Gift Card balance, the unused balance will remain available for future eligible purchases.

Unless otherwise expressly authorized by Astra Bean, the e-Gift Card:

– May not be combined with another voucher, coupon, promotional certificate, discount, or promotional offer in the same transaction.
– May not be resold, reproduced, duplicated, copied, or otherwise used fraudulently.
– Is not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Use of the e-Gift Card may also be subject to any additional terms and technical requirements applicable to Astra Bean’s e-Gift Card system.

8. CANCELLED, REFUNDED, CHARGED-BACK, OR INVALIDATED TICKETS

If, after an e-Gift Card has been issued, the underlying Concert ticket is:

– Refunded
– Cancelled
– Subject to a chargeback
– Voided
– Invalidated
– Otherwise determined to have been ineligible for the Program

Astra Bean reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to cancel or deactivate any unused portion of the corresponding e-Gift Card balance.

Nothing in this Section limits Astra Bean’s right to take other lawful action in response to fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the Program.

9. FRAUD, MISUSE, AND ABUSE

Astra Bean reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or deny any redemption where Astra Bean reasonably determines or suspects that a ticket:

– Is invalid.
– Has previously been redeemed.
– Has been altered, manipulated, duplicated, or counterfeited.
– Cannot reasonably be verified.
– Is associated with fraudulent activity or attempted misuse or abuse of the Program.
– Is being submitted for duplicate or multiple redemption.
– Was obtained or used in violation of these Official Terms and Conditions.

Astra Bean may take reasonable measures to verify eligibility and prevent fraud, duplicate redemption, or misuse of the Program.

Any attempt to circumvent the one-redemption-per-ticket limitation may result in disqualification from the Program.

10. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

Astra Bean reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, limit, or terminate the Program before the scheduled end of the Redemption Period if Astra Bean reasonably determines that such action is necessary due to:

– Fraud or attempted fraud.
– Widespread abuse or misuse.
– Technical or system failures.
– Legal or regulatory requirements.
– Force majeure events.
– Circumstances affecting the integrity or administration of the Program.
– Other circumstances beyond Astra Bean’s reasonable control.

Unless otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, modification, suspension, or termination of the Program will not invalidate an e-Gift Card that was validly issued before the effective time of such modification, suspension, or termination.

11. PROGRAM ORGANIZER; CONCERT AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

This Program is administered and offered by:

California Eat Well LLC d/b/a Astra Bean

(the “Program Organizer” or “Astra Bean”).

V-Beyond Concert 2026, its event name, logos, trademarks, ticketing platforms, and other related intellectual property are owned by their respective owners.

Astra Bean’s administration of this Ticket Reward Program does not constitute a representation or warranty by Astra Bean regarding the Concert itself.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Astra Bean is not the ticket issuer and is not responsible for:

– Ticket issuance or ticketing-platform operations.
– Seating assignments.
– Concert scheduling or rescheduling.
– Artist appearances or performances.
– Concert cancellation or postponement.
– Ticket refunds.
– Venue operations.
– Any other aspect of the production or operation of V-Beyond Concert 2026.

Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions.
