ENJOY ASTRA BEAN – WIN WORLD CUP 2026 TICKETS SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

The free method of entry provides an equal chance of winning as a purchase entry.

2. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by:
AAA Coffee Corporation d/b/a Astra Bean
9878 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, California 92683, USA
(“Sponsor”).


3. ELIGIBILITY

• Open to legal residents of the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older at time of entry.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.


4. PROMOTION PERIOD

Begins: April 17, 2026 (12:00 AM PT)

Ends: July 19, 2026 (11:59 PM PT) (or earlier if all prizes are distributed).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.


5. HOW TO ENTER: 

Method 1 – In-store Entry
Visit any Astra Bean store and receive one (1) entry ticket. Entry tickets are randomly distributed.

Method 2 – Free entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)
To enter without purchase:
• Send an email to: hello@astrabean.com
• Subject: “Astra Bean Sweepstakes Entry”
• Include: Full name, phone number, email, city/state

Each valid email = one (1) entry.

Limit:
One (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method.

6. PRIZES

Grand Prizes: 3 Grand Prizes for 3 Winners.

Winner may receive one pair of tickets to FIFA World Cup 2026match:
• Opening Match
• Quarter-final
• Final
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000 – $8,000 per prize (varies by match and market value)
Prize Conditions:

Prize includes tickets only
• Does NOT include airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, or other expenses
• Tickets are subject to terms of FIFA

Sponsor is not responsible if tickets are revoked, canceled, or denied by FIFA or event organizers.


7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER SELECTION

• Winning tickets are randomly distributed. The winner will be selected randomly from the tickets distributed.

Sponsor will verify eligibility winners before awarding prizes.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

• The winners must contact Sponsor via email at least 48 hoursbefore the deadline on the ticket. Sponsor shall not be responsible if the winners fail to respond in deadline.

If a winner fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected randomly.

10. TAXES

• Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
• Prizes over $600 may require IRS Form 1099.
• Winners must provide valid tax information (SSN).


11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, winners agree that Sponsor may use their Name, City/state and Photo for Sponsor’spromotional purposes without additional compensation. 

12. PRIVACY

Personal information will be used only for sweepstakes administration and marketing (where permitted by law).

Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable California privacy laws.


13. DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by:

FIFA
• Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platform.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:
​• ​Lost, late, or misdirected entries
​•​ Technical failures
​• ​Unauthorized human intervention
​•​ Printing or typographical errors

15. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:
​• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues occur.

Disqualify any participant who violates these rules.

16. DISPUTES/ GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
